How much do water well services typically cost?

Every job is different, and pricing depends on several factors, including:

• The type of service needed (pump repair, pressure tank installs, filtration, inspections, troubleshooting, or water testing)

• Your location and drive time

• System condition, complexity, and parts required

We charge a minimum service call plus drive time for all on-site visits, including diagnostics and assessments. This ensures we can properly evaluate the system and provide an accurate quote based on your well and pump setup.

If you choose to move forward with our recommended repair or installation, the initial service call fee is often credited toward your final invoice.

Phone and email consultations are always free, and we’re happy to walk you through what your service may cost before booking.

Are your water well technicians certified and experienced?

✅ Yes, with close to 2 decade of hands-on experience, our certified technician is an expert in water well servicing, pump repairs, pressure systems, and water treatment. Dedicated to quality workmanship and reliable solutions, we ensure your water system runs at its best. We follow Alberta standards and provide safe, reliable service for every property.

Do you provide emergency services?

✅ NO WATER Emergency Services Are Available

✅ We are not a 24/7 emergency service, however if you’re out of water AFTER HOURS, you can contact us and we’ll do our best to restore your system as soon as humanly posssible.

✅ Availability depends on the job and parts we have in our inventory at the time of call. If the job requires parts needed from a supplier, we can usually get it by the next business day.

✅ The best way to reach us after after hours is to give us a phone call or send a text message to (780)699-3354 stating you have no water and we will have our technician do what they can to restore your water system as soon as possible.

What should I do if I suddenly lose water?

First, check your power supply, circuit breakers, and pressure tank for any obvious issues. If the problem persists, turn off your pump breaker immediately and avoid running taps. Loss of water can be caused by pump failure, a tripped switch, frozen lines, electrical issues, or low water levels. Contact us immediately, and we’ll diagnose the issue and restore your system, safely.

How often should my well be inspected or serviced?

✅ We recommend an annual well inspection to catch potential issues early, prevent costly repairs, and ensure your water supply remains safe and reliable. Regular maintenance can extend the life of your well and water system.

How long does a well pump typically last?

✅Most well pumps last 8–15 years, depending on water usage, pump type, and regular maintenance. If your pump is older and showing signs of failure, we can inspect it and recommend the best course of action.

What areas do you service?

✅ We proudly serve Edmonton and all surrounding areas within 50 km, including:Spruce GroveStony Plain, Parkland County, Devon, Calmar, Thorsby, Pigeon Lake, Leduc,Leduc County, Beaumont, Sherwood Park, Ardrossan, Fort Saskatchewan, Gibbons, Bon Accord, St. Albert, Morinville, Sturgeon County, New Sarepta, Millet, Ardrossan, Strathcona County, Josephburg, and nearby rural and acreage communities.

If you’re outside these areas, feel free to contact us, and we’ll see if we can accommodate your request.

What causes low water pressure in a well system?

Low pressure is often caused by a failing pump, waterlogged pressure tank, clogged filters, a worn pressure switch, scaling or sediment in the plumbing, or dropping water levels. We can test your system to find the exact cause.

Why is there air sputtering from my taps?

Air in the lines may mean the pump is pulling air, the water level is dropping, or there is a leak, fitting issue, or failing pressure tank. Air should be addressed quickly because it can lead to pump damage.

Do you install or service pressure tanks and water filtration systems?

Yes — we install, replace, and maintain pressure tanks, softeners, iron filters, sediment filters, carbon filters, and complete treatment systems. Proper filtration helps protect pumps, plumbing, and overall water quality.
